Just prink off that picture and ask for that hairstyle, if not ask for a shorter fringe to go above ur eyebrows then ask for everything else to be short and choppy but with still the length needed to style. Say its like indie style cut but more messy...

nah the colour is okay kinda fits it, darkblond or brown suits its the best i guess
