Its easy to get ur hair like this. I do it by rubbing a balloon on my hair, and then I gently rub the top of my head against the TV while watching the news. LOL

It's most definitely possible to have single strands stand up like that. I'm asian and i used to have a shorter version of hair like this and had single strands stand by using hair spray.

but dirty blonde..
hes not jumping on a trampoline my hair will stick up like that for me if i just blow dry it up side down and use some mousse in my hair.
