Actually, it is Photoshopped. The hair style is authentic, but the yellow make-up is retouched in Photoshop. You can clearly see where they accidentally painted outside of his forehead/brow, and on to the jacket of the man sitting above him to the right. The neck area is clearly a Photoshop brush.
